Guro at manunulat si A. C. Ursua. Naging fellow siya sa Palihang Rogelio Sicat (2010) at UP National Writers Workshop (2017). Nagwagi rin ang kanyang mga akda sa Talaang Ginto at Gawad Palanca. Kasapi siya ng Kataga: Samahan ng mga Manunulat sa Pilipinas. Sa kasalukuyan, siya ay nagtuturo sa SLSU sa bayan ng Lucban, Quezon. Pinangangasiwaan niya ang Bagamundo Press at nagsisilbing tagapagtaguyod ng Dinsulan: Quezon Writers Workshop.
