Janelle Tanguin

Janelle is a Filipina creative writer. She tries her best to pen down pent-up emotions and unnamed feelings. Her main body of work consists of confessional poetry and meditations on the human condition. She finds comfort in contemplative media and bookshops.

At present, she is taking up her MFA in Creative Writing at De La Salle University, where she befriends stray campus cats. She was a fellow at the 21st Ateneo National Writers Workshop and the 12th Saringsing National Writers Workshop. When she’s not on her notes app, she’s busy searching for more corporate ways to say thanks and congratulations.
