Mark Bonabon

MARK P. BONABON is an emerging poet, translator, and cultural educator from Biri, Northern Samar. He teaches creative writing and literature at the College of Arts and Communication, University of Eastern Philippines in Catarman, Northern Samar.

He holds a Master of Arts in Language and Literature (MALL) and a Graduate Diploma in Cultural Education (GDCE). He has been a fellow at several regional and national creative writing workshops. Further, his works have appeared in various print and online literary journals and anthologies. His works often explore local ecology, history, and folklore.
