Roger B. Rueda teaches English, Linguistics, and Communication at Guimaras State University. He was a fellow for poetry at the 41st UPNWW and a fellow for fiction at the 12th Iligan NWW. His poems and fiction have appeared in Philippine Panorama and Philippine Graphic. He is into furparenting: he has three cats who love being cuddled in laps.
